How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order on Tezonnix, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Here’s how you can do it:

  • Navigate to the My Orders section to view all your recent purchases.
3. Select the Order to Cancel
  • Find the order you wish to cancel and click on it to view the order details.
4. Request Cancellation
  • If the option to cancel is available, click on the “Cancel Order” button. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
5. Confirmation Notification
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is successfully processed.
6. Cancellation Timeframe
  • Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If your order is already in transit, please refer to our returns policy once you receive the item.
