This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Tezonnix (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“Licensee,” “you” or “your”) of the Tezonnix website [https://www.tezonnix.com] (the “Site”) and related services, software, content, and products (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”). By accessing, downloading, or using the Licensed Materials, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Tezonnix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Materials solely for your personal or internal business use, and not for resale, distribution, or any commercial purpose.

The Licensed Materials are the property of Tezonnix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains in effect until terminated. Tezonnix may terminate this Agreement and revoke your license at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy any copies in your possession.
The Licensed Materials are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tezonnix does not warrant that the Licensed Materials will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tezonnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Licensed Materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Tezonnix’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Licensed Materials.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tezonnix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Licensed Materials or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/Region], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].
